It was a pleasure to meet this family and have a little time to capture some updated, refresher photos for little Reece. Here’s what his mummy had to say about their experience in the studio:

Why did you book a photo shoot?

I wanted to have a photo shoot of Reece around 1-year-old as he had one when he was born and I wanted to have pictures to show him when he is older and to show him how he changed. Plus, they are nice gifts to family in frames!

What made you choose Kate Hennessy Photography?

I have seen Kate’s photography over the years on social media and always loved the quality and style of her work. I also liked the idea of a mini shoot as it’s a lot easier to prepare for while still getting some great images to keep.

How did you feel about the session?

I loved the session! Kate did everything possible to make all of us feel relaxed throughout.

How do you think your child(ren) felt about the session?

Reece had just woken so was a little grumpy, despite this I think he enjoyed the shoot, he normally loves having his pic taken and did relax and enjoy most of the session!

What would you say to anyone who is considering booking a session?

Worth every penny to capture your child’s special moments as they grow.

How will you use and enjoy the images now?

I will have some printed and put around our home and share with family and friends.

What’s your favourite thing about being a parent?

Unconditional love and a closeness that is unique to a parent and their baby
